At Bisou Bangkok, we celebrate contemporary French cuisine in the heart of Bangkok by combining classical French techniques with premium seasonal ingredients and carefully selected local produce. Recognized as a destination for modern French fine dining in Bangkok, Bisou reflects a culinary philosophy built around precision, creativity, and authenticity.

Antoine, chef and co-owner, trained in Paris and refined his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants before bringing his expertise to Bangkok. With years of experience in French gastronomy and an unwavering attention to detail, he designs dishes that reinterpret traditional French flavors through a contemporary perspective. Each plate invites guests to experience a refined culinary journey inspired by France’s rich gastronomic heritage.

The menu at Bisou highlights contemporary French cuisine while introducing subtle Japanese influences, creating a distinctive dining identity within Bangkok’s evolving fine dining scene. This balance of technique, elegance, and creativity offers guests a modern interpretation of French gastronomy.

Our monthly “specials” menu evolves regularly to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients available. Complementing the cuisine is an exceptional wine cellar curated by co-owner Theo, a former sommelier trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. The cellar features one of the most curated wine selections in Bangkok, combining renowned French appellations with rare boutique discoveries from respected wine regions.

After years of traveling and working across international culinary destinations, Antoine and Theo chose Asia as their home to develop a unique dining concept. Their combined expertise in gastronomy, wine, and hospitality shapes the identity of Bisou Bangkok as a refined modern French restaurant.

Bisou Bangkok Team

We’re a team of 34 passionate food and wine professionals sharing contemporary French cuisine in Bangkok. Co-owners Antoine and Théo combine their Michelin-trained backgrounds as chef and sommelier to shape our distinctive dining experience.

Manon, former owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Switzerland, leads the kitchen together with Antoine. Louis, a cocktail specialist from some of Paris’s most renowned bars, designs our cocktail program alongside Théo.

Bank and our friendly hostess Kheawhwan make sure every guest feels welcomed from the very first moment.
