Much like our venue, you should expect a menu that’s spontaneous and seductive, special and yet strangely familiar: a smooth and creative fusion of genres that spotlights the finest seasonal ingredients.
The wine list, too, is constantly evolving to showcase varied styles, unique terroirs, and lesser-known vinification methods.
Think of it as a celebration of people over places, winegrowers over wine regions, and taste over labels.
Whether you are looking to unwind with just a drink or two or setting out on a culinary adventure to excite your palate, Bisou is about making every moment matter.
Meet The Team
From a very young age, Antoine knew that one day he would open his own restaurant.
He decided to immerse himself in the kitchen and test himself in some of the most demanding establishments.
From each of these experiences, he has kept one or more lessons, whether it was learning the value of discipline as a rebellious teenager, encountering the wonders of team spirit, or deepening his knowledge of modern French techniques at the side of a famous chef.
Along the way, there have been travels, trials, and more than a few tattoos, all enabling Antoine to work out his place and make his own mark in the world of gastronomy.
In Thailand, he met Theo and the two quickly became tight friends.
After sharing some enjoyable moments (and a few good bottles), they decided to create “Bisou” – a place that blends their two young, fiery, and passionate identities.
A former Michelin Star sommelier from Paris, Theo draws on his experiences at prestigious restaurants to source the best bottles from France and other prime wine-growing regions around the world.
He’s always on the lookout for the latest natural wines from under-the-radar labels and promising young producers.
And that’s reflected in the bold and adventurous wine list at BISOU.
In Bangkok, Theo has been converted into a “Parisian Bistro Guy”, dropping the tie and adopting a much more casual, but no less passionate style.
“The goal with Bisou is to create a friendly and warm place, a landmark for wine and gastronomy lovers without inhibition,” he says.
Theo is a jack of all trades and his whole drinks menu is a hymn to the passionate producers of wine, beer, tea and coffee.
